asiCast 107: Maintaining audience measurement services during lockdown – Toni Petra of Nielsen

As part of our series of interviews with people engaged with audience measurement research during this difficult period we spoke with Toni Petra, EVP of Nielsen Media.

Toni talks about the issues Nielsen has encountered in its various markets in maintaining the industry currencies for which it is responsible. She also discusses with us what is being learned throughout this process and considers whether there will be a return to ‘business as usual’. It would perhaps be far better to regard this period as one which provides the opportunity to re-evaluate current research practice.
