2026 International Radio & Audio and Television & Video Conferences

You can book to attend the International Radio & Audio Conference (Wednesday 4th November), the International Television & Video Conference (afternoon of Wednesday 4th to Friday 6th November) or BOTH Conferences (Wednesday 4th to Friday 6th November).

Please carefully read the information below before booking your place at the Conference/s. If you haven’t already reserved your accommodation at the venue hotel, these details are also below.

Once you have registered, we will keep you informed of conference updates and will send you details of the asiConferences App closer to the event.

  • Conference Dates

    International Radio & Audio Conference
    Wednesday 4th November 2026

    International Television & Video Conference
    Wednesday 4th (from approx 15:00) to Friday 6th November 2026

    Please note: the last session on Wednesday afternoon is a Joint Session for delegates from both the Radio & Audio Conference and the Television & Video Conference.

    We are delighted to be returning once again to the iconic 5-star venue last home to this event in 2024. The hotel has always been popular with our delegates and we have again arranged discounted rates for accommodation for those attending the conference/s.

    The venue hotel is located on the island of Giudecca, just across the water from the main city of Venice. We highly recommend you book early to guarantee your accommodation and at the discounted rate.

  • Delegate Fees

    Delegate fees are as follows (all rates quoted are subject to VAT for those coming from the UK).

    Bookings received on or before Friday 25th September 2026 take advantage of the discounted early booking fee. After this date, all bookings will be at the full rate.

    International Radio & Audio Conference (4th November)
    Early booking fee: £675.00
    Full booking fee: £750.00

    International Television & Video Conference (4th-6th November)
    Early booking fee: £1,575.00
    Full booking fee: £1,725.00

    International Radio & Audio AND Television & Video Conferences (4th-6th November)
    Early booking fee: £1,975.00
    Full booking fee: £2,200.00

    These fees are for the event itself. Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, insurance and other costs related to their attendance (go to Accommodation below for guest room bookings at the conference hotel).

  • VAT on Fees

    We are required by law to charge Standard Rate VAT (currently 20%) on delegate fees paid by companies based in the UK. This is, of course, reclaimable provided you are VAT registered in the UK.

    For all companies based outside the UK, no VAT is charged.

  • BOOKING and Payment

    Payment must be made promptly using one of the following options:

    Credit card  Payment can be made with a credit/debit card via our Secure Payment System.

    Bank transfer  You can make a bank transfer or send us a cheque by post within 14 days of confirming your booking. Please note that bank transfers and cheques must be drawn on a UK bank.

    By confirming your booking with us, you are confirming that you understand and accept our payment and cancellation terms.

     

  • Cancellation

    Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday 25th September 2026 will receive a refund of the fee paid minus a £120.00 administration charge. For cancellations made after this date, no refund will be made. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to attend: please contact us to provide details of your replacement. Please note that no-shows will be charged the full rate.

  • Accommodation

    We have again arranged a discounted rate at the 5* Hilton Molino Stucky Venice Hotel only for those attending the conferences, and this is available for 3 nights pre- and post-event for those who may wish to extend their stay.

    You must use the dedicated booking link below to guarantee your booking and take advantage of the discounted rate. The discounted rate is offered until 20th October (depending on availability) and you are able to make changes to your reservation until that date.

    Rates per night (including buffet breakfast, wi-fi, city tax and VAT):

    Single occupancy: €219.50

    Double occupancy: €257.50 

    PLEASE NOTE: these rates and dates are subject to availability. If you plan to stay with us at the conference hotel, we recommend you book early to secure your accommodation and at the reduced rate.
