VAT on Fees
We are required by law to charge Standard Rate VAT (currently 20%) on delegate fees paid by companies based in the UK. This is, of course, reclaimable provided you are VAT registered in the UK.
For all companies based outside the UK no VAT is charged. However, for companies within the EU your VAT Registration Number must be supplied on the booking form.
Payment must be made promptly using one of the following options:
Payment can be made with a credit/debit card via our Secure Payment System. Follow the on-screen instructions when choosing this method.
Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer or send us a cheque by post. Please note that bank transfers and cheques must be drawn on a UK bank. Follow the on-screen instructions when choosing either of these methods of payment.
Our bank details are provided on your invoice.
Cancellations received in writing on or before the cancellation deadline (tbc) will receive a full refund minus a £100.00 handling charge. For cancellations made after this date, no refund will be made. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to attend: please contact us to provide details of your replacement.
